To that effect, several representations were made to the police authorities. However, the police authorities did not respond to the same and the illegal acts and activities of the respondent nos. 8 and 9 are pursued by them.

The petitioner has also approached the Executive Magistrate. However, the same did not yield any result.

Learned advocate for the State

submits that the nature of the dispute complained of is a civil dispute, as such, the police authorities have no scope for interference with the nature of the inconveniences complained of by the petitioner.

I have considered the subjectmatter of the grievance and I find that last of the representations was made in December, 2022.

As more than two years have passed in the meantime, the petitioner would be at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the local police station which would consider the same in accordance with law.

In the meantime, the police would ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations,

WPA 28650 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
