Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 1 year 6 months and is similarly placed as the other accused person viz.

Raghavendra Kumar @ Raghabendra Kumar who has been granted bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Crl.) No(s). 11636/2025.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail, but is unable to refute the contentions of the petitioner that the present petitioner is not similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Having considered the fact that the present petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused viz. Raghavendra Kumar @ Raghabendra Kumar who has been granted bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Crl.) No(s). 11636/2025,

I am of the opinion that the present petitioner viz., Tapas Jana be released on bail by the learned Trial Court on the same terms and conditions as the other accused viz. Raghavendra Kumar @ Raghabendra Kumar who has been granted bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2733 of 2025, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
