Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now the petitioner does not want to press the present petition. However, the petitioner would file an application for analogous trial of suit no. 46 of 2020 and suit no. 91 of 2020 which are pending before the same court. Learned counsel submits that he will make a prayer for the expeditious disposal.

In view of the submissions the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the learned Court for analogous and expeditious trial of suit no. 46 of 2020 and suit no. 91 of 2020 in accordance with law.
