Mr. Debasis Kar Ms. Jagori Mitra ... for the petitioner Mr. Answar Mondal Mr. Asish Dutta ... for the State From the report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Halisahar police station signed on 24.06.2024 it appears that the investigation of the subject case is over and the investigating officer submitted charge sheet against all FIR named accused persons on 30.04.2024 vide Halisahar P.S. C.S. No. 83/24 under Sections 498A/ 406/ 323/ 34 IPC.

After receiving the order of this Court dated 10.06.2024 the investigating officer started further investigation of the case and tried his level best to recover gold ornaments by conducting search and seizure at the residence of the accused persons but nil seizure list has been prepared.

The report further mentions that the petitioner willingly called the police station and submitted a self-declaration on a nonjudicial stamp paper that there has been an amicable settlement between the petitioner and the accused persons and she does not have any complaint is anyone.

Since there is an issue of criminality involved in the matter, accordingly, it will be open for the parties to approach the learned Trial Court where the matter is pending for necessary relief. The writ petition stands disposed of.
