Given the criminal antecedents of the petitioner before us, we are not in a position to arrive at a finding that the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of the coaccused who was enlarged on bail by a Coordinate Bench. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application being C.R.M. (DB) 4132 of 2024 stands dismissed.
