In view of the law discussed In the matter of: Tanusree Mazumdar (Supra) this Court is also of the view that, there is neither any infirmity nor any perversity in the impugned order dated November 2, 2017 passed by the respondent No. 3. The said order passed by the respondent No. 3 sands affirmed. This writ petition being W.P.A. 30024 of 2017, thus, stands dismissed, without any order as to costs.
