The present revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding of G.R. Case No. 2873 of 2022 arising out of Salanpur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2022 dated 1st September, 2022 under Sections 448/427/379/506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman at Asansol.

Both the petitioners are officials of the State Bank of India.

The learned counsel for the State has brought the notice of this Court to the charge-sheet, wherein it appears that on completion of investigation a final report has been submitted in the present case as 'mistake of fact', with a prayer before the

learned trial Court to discharge the petitioners herein, namely, Palash Roy and Dhananjay Kumar due to want of evidence against both of them.

Thus the present revisional application has now become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
