We are informed petitioner nos. 2 and 3 have been released on regular bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail in respect of petitioner nos. 2 and 3 viz. Shahadad Hossain @ Md Sahajad Hossain and Namai Sk @ Namai Seikh stands dismissed as infructuous.

Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor is exonerative.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner no. 1.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner no. 1 viz., Sabidul Hossain @ Sabidul Hossen, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Signed By :
