The learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 4th Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas by order dated September 29, 2022, directed the mother to take the minor child to Dakshineswar Kali Temple on every Sunday at about 10 a.m. and allowed the father to meet the child for about two hours there.

During the pendency of the revisional application, the learned court below modified the order by directing the mother to take the child to Star Mall at Barasat at 10 a.m. and allowed the father to meet the child for two hours.

Both the orders dated September 29, 2022 and July 13, 2022 are modified to the following extent: a) The mother will take the child to Star Mall, Barasat on every Sunday at 4 p.m. The child and the father shall interact in the said mall in the play area, restaurant etc. between 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. First of such meeting shall be held on July 30, 2023. The

respective Advocates for the parties shall coordinate the meetings.

b) Cost of the travel by Uber or taxi, shall be borne by the father. Such payment shall be made by way of electronic transaction through any gateway convenient for the parties.

c) The father will interact independently and the mother may wait in the mall on her own.

No other relative shall be allowed to intervene at this stage.

d) The father cannot take the child out of the mall.

The revisional application is thus disposed of. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
