.....For the Respondents State On the prayer of Mr. Satarup Purakayastha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the application shall appear under the heading "Application" on August 13, 2024.

The petitioner shall take steps in the meantime in accordance with law.

Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee, learned counsel appears for the petitioner.

Mr. Santanu Kumar Mitra, learned State counsel appears for the respondent nos.1 and 4 to 6.

Mr. Subrata Bnhattacharyya, learned counsel appears for the National Highways Authority of India. Mr. Mitra submits that the writ petition previously has been substantially heard by another coordinate Bench who after consideration of the submissions made on behalf of the parties passed the interim order.

Subsequently, the interim order stands expired on efflux of time.

This is an application filed for re-imposition of such interim order.

In view of the above submissions, this Court thinks it fit to release the matter and, accordingly, this writ petition with all connected applications stands released from the list of this Court and the parties shall take necessary steps for its assignment in accordance with law.

Records are directed to be sent to the department forthwith.
