Mr. Biswas, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the disputes between the parties have been settled. He only prays for interest @ 5% p.a. pursuant to an order dated September 5, 2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court. Interest @ 5% p.a. was directed to be calculated from the date from which the money became due and payable till the date on actual payment. Let such interest be paid within four weeks from the date of this order.

With the directions aforesaid, W.P.A. 28664 of 2022 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all the formalities.
