Learned advocate for the State submits a report dated 10.06.2021 by Sub Inspector of Police attached to Titagarh Police Station. Let the report be kept with the record. The report reflects that the sessions trial case has already been completed and the accused person has been acquitted by the learned trial court on or about 27.09.2013.

The revisional application was preferred challenging the orders dated 02.09.2008 and 23.09.2008. The grievance of the de facto complainant was relating to some of the witnesses not being examined.

Having regard to the scope of the revisional application and the present status report which has been submitted by the concerned officer of Titagarh Police Station, I am of the view that the revisional application has already become infructuous. Accordingly, no order need be passed in this revisional application, the same is dismissed.

C.R.R.4076 of 2008 along with all connected applications are dismissed.
