Petitioner is in custody for 138 days. He prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the suicide note. Victim-housewife stated she was subjected to inhuman torture, which compelled her to commit suicide. FSL report corroborates the authenticity of the documents.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
