So far as the merits of the case is concerned, Mr. Antarikhya Basu, ld. advocate for the State, submits that the opinion of the expert do corroborate the allegations. I find that the case is based on the documents and there is no compliant from the side of the prosecution that the petitioner has misused the liberty while he was on interim bail.

Accordingly, the interim bail so granted on 14th of December, 2023 is hereby confirmed.

So far as the conditions which were imposed, the same would remain till further orders of this court. The investigating agency will put all efforts so that the chargesheet is available at the earliest. With the aforesaid observations, CRM(SB) 223 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
