1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the instant appeal has become infructuous due to subsequent developments and orders passed by the Calcutta University.

2. In that view of the matter, the instant appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.

3. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
