Learned advocate for the State submits a status report in support of the willingness of the complainant to withdraw the proceeding of PS Case No. 66 of 2014 dated 18th May, 2014 or not. This report also reveals that complainant, Hemanta Sen is not willing to proceed in this case as well. The report is taken on the record.

Considering the above facts and submission of learned advocates, let this matter be disposed of as per the willingness of the parties to withdraw this revisional application.

Accordingly, the CRR 3856 of 2015 is disposed off as withdrawn.

The interim order/orders, if any, stands vacated.

The application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
