Mr. Avishek Prasad, learned advocate for the District Primary School Council, Malda submits that the petitioner has not yet completed five years of service and as such the prayer cannot be considered in view of the amended provisions of Rule 4(b) of the West Bengal Primary Education (Transfer of Teachers including Head Teacher) Rules, 2002 as amended on 13th September, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as Rules, 2002). 3.

At this stage, Ms. Ankita Dey, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

In view of such submission, the writ petition being WPA 28531 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
