Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in September, 2023. Direction was given to consider the issue of framing of charge. We are informed charge has been framed and date has been fixed for recording evidence.

In view of materials on record and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
