1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. Petitioners had poured kerosene oil on the victim and set her on fire.

3. In view of the nature of crime which endangered life of the victim lady, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
