The writ petition appears today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner for causing certain apparent typographical mistake in the order dated March 20, 2024.

In the second page of the order in the penultimate paragraph, the date should be read as "October 24, 2011" instead of "October 21, 2011".

In the last paragraph at page-3 of the order, the date should be read as "October 25, 2011" in place of "October 22, 2011".

In the first paragraph at page-4 of the order, the date should be read as "October 24, 2011" in place of October 21, 2011".

The above corrections shall be incorporated in the order dated March 20, 2024.

The rest of the order remains without any modification.
