Learned advocate representing the petitioner - Sri Vikash Agarwal - prays for fixing a time-limit by the court for implementation of the direction passed in the order dated December 13, 2023.

It appears that the court directed the authorities to keep the order of demolition in abeyance till a reasoned order is passed afresh in the matter. No time limit has however been fixed.

The respondent-authorities are, therefore, directed to take steps in the matter at the earliest, but

positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.
