Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Kum Kum Mitra, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State.

Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authority.

The grievance of the petitioner relates to the order dated 07.11.2023 wherein the learned Special Executive Magistrate who was pleased to impose two local sureties who must be graduate persons and two court sureties.

Having regard to the bond so imposed in connection with NGR(S) 1202 of 2023 under Section 110 of Cr.P.C., I am of the view that the same should be modified.

Petitioner would submit bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties one of whom must be local to the

satisfaction of the learned Special Executive Magistrate, Serampore, Hooghly.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4720 of 2023 is disposed of.

All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
