Victim recorded statements under Section 161 and 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code where, the victim implicates the petitioners before us in an incident of assault leading to the victim suffering fracture on his arm.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5475 of 2023 is dismissed.
