Mr. Sunit Kumar Ray, learned Counsel for the West Bengal Central School Service Commission submits that as prayed for by the petitioners, the recommendations for their mutual transfer have already been issued.

Ms. Bhattacharyya, learned Counsel for the Board submits that the Board is now processing the transfer orders on the said recommendations and shall issue the same shortly.

In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the present matter, W.P.A. 27583 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of without any order as to costs.
