Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner be allowed to meet the child at least twice a week in Urishal Primary School, P.S. Dantan, Dist - Paschim Medinipur. State and the private respondent are represented.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submits that his client does not object to the petitioner meeting the child at the Urishal

Primary School, P.S. Dantan, Dist - Paschim Medinipur twice a week.

We interacted with the petitioner and the private respondent in Court.

Apparently, there are matrimonial discord between the petitioner and her husband.

So far as the custody of the child is concerned, petitioner may avail of her remedies before the appropriate forum Wholly without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, it would be appropriate that the private respondent no. 6 allows the petitioner to meet the child for two hours on every Tuesday and Saturday between 4-00 p.m and 6-00 p.m. at the Urishal Primary School, P.S. Dantan, Dist - Paschim Medinipur.

We clarify that the appropriate forum is at liberty to alter or vary or modify this mechanism of visitation.
