Report encloses the Chemical Examiner's report. Report reflects that the results tested positive for heroin. Having considered the fact that the quantum of seizure was of commercial quantity and subject matter recovered tested positive, I am of the view that the provisions of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1677 of 2025 is dismissed.
