1. This revisional application has been filed assailing the Order No. 19 dated 26th September, 2024 passed in connection with Criminal Appeal No. 53 of 2022, wherein Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court, Howrah dismissed the appeal for default as appellant was found absent on repeated calls.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that after dismissal of the appeal for default, the Learned Trial Court proceeded with execution by issuing warrant of arrest and thereafter appellant was arrested and taken into custody. At that time the disputes between the parties were patched up out of Court and all the dues were paid by the appellant.

3. In these circumstances, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner intends to not press this

revisional application.

4. Regard being had to the above, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being not pressed.

5. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
