At the time of call no one appears for the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for.

However, on perusal of records it appears that vide a order dated 8th March, 2016 the Hon'ble Justice I.P. Mukerji disposed of the present writ petition being WPA 28065 of 2015 along with another writ petition being WP 166 of 2016.

In view of the order dated 8th March, 2016 the writ petition being WPA 28065 of 2015 be treated as disposed of and department is directed not to show the same as pending in the system.

However, one contempt application being CPAN 1672 of 2016 is pending on record.

Let this contempt application be placed before the Hon'ble Justice I.P. Mukerji for consideration. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
