.....For the Alleged Contemnor The contempt proceeding arose from the order of this Court dated August 17, 2023.

The previous order dated December 22, 2023 speaks for itself.

Ms. Supriya Dubey, learned counsel led by Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor submits a compliance affidavit affirmed on January 18, 2024 appending the reasoned order dated October 3, 2023, the same is taken on record. On perusal of the said report it appears to this Court that, the direction of this Court stands fully complied.

Ms. Ambiya Khatun, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the reasoned order passed by the alleged contemnor suffers from infirmities. Such contention of the petitioner cannot be gone into in a contempt proceeding. The Court in exercise of

its contempt jurisdiction cannot travel beyond the order of which contempt has been alleged.

In view of the above, this Court is satisfied that, the compliance of the direction of this Court has been made fully.

Accordingly, this contempt proceeding CPAN 1662 of 2023 stands dropped and closed.

The contempt application CPAN 1662 of 2023 stands disposed of accordingly.
