State has submitted a report wherein the medical documents have been collected from Taki Rural Hospital. A seizure list has been prepared after a raid was conducted at the house of the FIR named accused, but the same is a NIL seizure list. As such, no Stridhan property has been seized in connection with the instant case.

The petitioner is directed to furnish information in respect of any bank account, locker or any hide outs within the knowledge of the petitioner. The police authorities would on such information try to assess and proceed, if for recovery of the Stridhan articles if any, obviously with the aid of the present petitioner who will be in a position to identify regarding the Stridhan property. To that effect, if the petitioner approaches the investigating officer, the investigating officer

would cooperate with the petitioner who has set the law into motion in connection with Hasnabad Police Station Case No. 297/2024 dated 23.06.2024.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 28956 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
