We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim shows she was abducted and sexually abused. Her objectionable pictures were uploaded on the internet. Petitioner is named by the victim in her statement. Prayer for anticipatory bail of co-accused has been turned down. In view of gravity of the offence involving sexual exploitation of a lady and prima facie evidence implicating the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
