The dispute with regard to the seizure of the vehicle despite payment of the entire dues is between the petitioner and the private respondent. The State has no role to play therein. The matter does not pertain to police inaction under Group IX of the Classification List. The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. (Suvra Ghosh,J)
