Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Memo of Evidence submitted be also kept with the record. Charge sheet was submitted on or about September, 2025. Till date the charges could not be considered by the learned Trial Court.

I have taken into account the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. as well as the Medico Legal Examination Report. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that petitioner may be released on bail. However, without any reason the consideration of charges are pending before the learned Special Court.

Accordingly, I direct the learned Special Court to accept the bond on behalf of the present petitioner, after the stage of charges are completed before the learned Trial Court. With the aforesaid observations the bail application of the petitioner in CRM (M) 2756 of 2025 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
