Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner submits that the instant writ petition was filed seeking a direction upon the Tribunal to prepone the date and dispose of the matter expeditiously. It is further submitted that the matter was lastly fixed on 23rd December 2022 and on that day the hearing has been concluded and the matter is reserved for judgment and, therefore, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the writ petition is dismissed as 'infructuous'.
