It appears that the learned District Judge, Malda had asked the records of the case to be produced before him. On 09.12.2024, he deprecated the inability of the Office to produce the records of Misc. Case No. 79 of 1996 (Probate) before him. By such order, he made it clear that the records should be traced out and necessary certified copies would be issued to the applicant at the earliest. The applicants need not make any fresh application for the same. In fact, he granted a week's time to the two staffs concerned to trace out the records and fixed the matter for production of the records on 16.12.2024.

In view of the fact that the learned District Judge,

Malda is making an effort to have the records traced out and certified copy issued, no further order need be passed. It is expected that the records would be traced out by the concerned department and certified copies issued to the petitioner applicant positively within a month from this date. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
