Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the record. None appears on behalf of the State and the West Bengal Central School Service Commission in spite of service.

This Court under such circumstances, appoints Mr. Sanjib Das, learned Advocate in the State roll and Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra and his junior Ms. Supriya Dubey learned advocate for the Commission, their engagements be regularized. The Copy of the writ petition be served upon Mr. Das and Ms. Dubey.

The petitioner had participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for recruitment of Assistant Teacher in the post of Physical Education and Work Education in Upper Primary Level of Schools. The petitioner was

unsuccessful in the said selection test, however, he has applied under the Right to Information Act, 2005 to get some information in relation to his result in the said selection test.

The petitioner is complaining that his said application has failed to get attention of the Commission. The said application under Right to Information Act, 2005 dated October 13, 2022 forms part of the writ petition being Annexure 'P3'. The Chairman, the West Bengal Central School Service Commission is directed to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible.

WPA 28725 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
