Petitioner complained against unknown persons on or about 02.12.2024 to the Officer-inCharge, Marishda Police Station. Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appears for the State.

In view of almost eight months having passed, I direct that if the petitioner is facing similar inconveniences, petitioner will file a fresh representation before the concerned police station which will act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 28872 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
