This is an application praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court, Uluberia, Howrah to dispose of the Title Suit No.125 of 2008 expeditiously.

Record reveals that during the pendency of the said suit the defendant no.2 died and the heirs of the said deceased defendant is yet to be substituted in the suit.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage.

On the prayer of the learned Advocate-onRecord of the petitioners, leave is granted to the learned Advocate-on-Record of the petitioners to amend the cause-title of the instant civil revision application, here and now.

With the above direction CO 4162 of 2024 stands disposed of.
