And In the matter of: Radha Mohan Maity and others ....petitioners Mr. Sandip Ghosh Mr. Partha Sarkar ... for the petitioners Mr. Debanik Das ... for the State Report filed by the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by a Division Bench of this Court on 12.12.2024 in CRM(A) 4313 of 2024, inter alia, on the condition to meet the Officer-in-Charge of the local police station once a week until further orders. The petitioners have complied with the same. Now, charge-sheet has been submitted.

Heard learned counsel for the State.

In view of the above and the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the relaxation of condition of anticipatory bail by waiving the condition to meet the Officer-in-Charge of the local police station once a week until further orders. The rest of the order shall remain same.

The petitioners shall attend the jurisdictional court regularly. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
