The instant application is filed under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Charge Sheet No.17 of 2012 dated 15.02.2012 in connection with Rajarhat Police Station Case No.12 of 2011 dated 23.01.2011 for the offence punishable under Section 420/463/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The Charge Sheet has been filed on the basis of the prima facie material available on the record. Petition as well as annexures filed therein does not warrant interference of this Court. Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed on merit. The appointment of Mr. Agarwal and Mr. Bose be regularized. (Sugato Majumdar, J.)
