It appears that the Krishnanagar Municipality issued a notice dated October 9, 2023, directing respondent no.5 to stop illegal construction at Holding no.06, Ward No.10 under the Krishnanagar Municipality.

Learned advocate representing the Municipality does not dispute that the construction raised in the said premises is unauthorised.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon Krishnanagar Municipality to take follow up actions pursuant to the notice dated October 9, 2023, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 27615 of 2023 is disposed of.
