Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

In reference to a document at page 17 of the writ petition it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that last application for transfer was made on Utsashree portal on 25th March, 2022. However, petitioner did not appear before the medical board for medical verification as a result whereof the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) could not obtain medical report in order to find out whether petitioner is entitled to be transferred on medical ground or not.

It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that at present petitioner is not suffering from ailment for which she had to apply for transfer

on medical ground.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioner no further order need be passed on this writ petition for consideration of petitioner's application which was made on portal on 25th March, 2022 on medical ground.

Hence the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to apply for transfer afresh in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
