1. This public interest litigation has been filed challenging the decision taken by the respondents vide circular dated December 17, 2024 by which the processing of Speed Post and registered articles have been Centralised into a single hub. This, according to the petitioners, is unscientific and will lead to operational inefficiencies.

2. Admittedly, the impugned decision has been taken by the Ministry of Communications, Department of Posts, Government of India is a policy decision and it is not for this Court to suggest which of the policies is best suited for the Department.

3. If the petitioners have any personal grievance, it is upto the petitioners to work out the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

4. Therefore, we find no ground to entertain this public interest litigation.

Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.

5. No costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
