The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Domjur Police Station in investigating into FIR No.642 of 2022 dated 10th August, 2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions dated 17th April, 2023 issued by the Officer-in-Charge, Domjur Police Station, Howrah City Police addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record.

It appears that the FIR has been investigated and charge sheet No.100/2023 dated 28th February, 2023 has been filed under sections 341, 325, 195A, 506, 34 of the IPC.

Likewise on the complaint of the private respondents against the petitioner FIR being Domjur Police Station Case No.244/2022 dated 23rd March, 2022 has been registered. Investigation into the aforesaid FIR has been completed and charge sheet being Domjur Police Station Charge

Sheet No.501/2022 dated 30th June, 2022 has been filed under sections 420, 406, 506, 34 of the IPC. 5.

This Court, therefore, finds no inaction on the part of the Domjur Police Station.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
