Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority.

Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being the defacto-complainant preferred an application under section 173(8) of the cr.p.c. on or about September, 2022. However, for one reason or the other, the hearing of the case has been postponed and lastly on 23rd of November, 2023, the said hearing was also adjourned. Records of the case reflect that the next date is fixed on 19th of January, 2024.

Accordingly, I direct the ld. CJM, Paschim Medinipur, to dispose of the application under Section 173(8) of the cr.p.c. filed at the instance of the present petitioner on the

next date so fixed or within a month thereafter without stretching the time line as fixed by this court With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4724 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
