Ms. Ankita Misra, Mr. Sanket Chanda .....for the petitioner 1) This Court does not find any illegality in the manner in which the learned Judge, 2nd Bench, Presidency Small Causes Court at Calcutta has proceeded with Misc. Case No. 160 of 2019, arising out of Ejectement Execution Case No. 73 of 2018. The petitioner prays for stay of the said misc. case, which cannot be permitted. The Misc. Case has to be decided first and then the ejectment execution case can be disposed of.

2) The revisional application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pray before the learned Judge, 2nd Bench, Presidency Small Causes Court at Calcutta to expedite the hearing of the Misc. Case No. 160 of 2019 and dispose of the same preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

3) Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of.

4) Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
