Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had absconded for more than seven years. Allegations involve injury to petitioner's son due to a bomb blast. In view of the nature of crime and conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
