1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. The case of the victim is that when the victim complained about illicit relationship between her husband and his relative, the present petitioners being the parents-in-law assaulted her so badly that her foetus was terminated.

4. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
