This is an application praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 7th court at Howrah to dispose of the interlocutory applications filed in connection with Title Suit No.115 of 2022.

It has been specifically stated in the said application that an application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure and an application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure are pending.

Record reveals that by an order dated 20th September, 2024, the hearing of the amendment application was fixed on 24th December, 2024. It further appears from the said order that the ad interim order of injunction was extended till the next date.

The learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 7th court at Howrah is requested to take up the hearing

of the amendment application on the next date fixed and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. The learned Trial Judge is also requested to take up the hearing of the injunction application, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. With the above directions, CO 4165 of 2024 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties on usual formalities.
