And In Re : Gopal Jaiswal & Anr.

...... petitioners Ms. Shakshi Rathi Mr. Pratik Acharjee ....for the petitioners Mr. Dipankar Dandpath ....for the Union of India Goods belonging to the railways were seized from the possession of the first petitioner.

The second petitioner is an associate of the first petitioner.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 6050 of 2022 is dismissed.
